Reservations
- Policies are applicable only for Best Available Rate (BAR) in the website.
- Please note the BAR is not applicable for corporate outings and day outings, gift vouchers, pre confirmed bookings to be combined with other offers reservations made through any other platforms.
- Please contact Reservations for your corporate outings and day outings, gift vouchers experiences.
- Rooms will be given on a first come first serve basis.
- Check In /Check Out Times
Check In : 14.00 Hrs (2.00 pm) *Check Out : 11.00 Hrs (11.00 am) - Cancellations/refunds/transfers will NOT be allowed.
- Standard Child policies and hotel policies will be applicable.
- Children between the ages of 0 – 4.99, will be considered FOC, with an allowance of upto 02 children sharing room with parents
- Children between the ages of 5 – 11.99, will be charged 50% of the adult meal rate, with an allowance of upto 02 children sharing room with parents.
- Children above the ages of 12 will be considered as adults.
- Christmas Eve and New Years Eve supplements are 50% for children.
Room Rates & Payments
- Room rates are inclusive of service charge and applicable government taxes.
- Full payment is required at the time of booking, to confirm the reservation.
- This website accepts payments in Sri Lankan Rupees (Rs/LKR) and/or United States Dollars (US$) only.
- This website will not be liable for any exchange rate losses/gain due to any transactions/refunds processed, irrespective of customer’s credit/debit card currency.
General Conditions
- Services will be provided for the number of adults and children mentioned in the booking. If there will be any additional persons at the time of check-in which is not communicated to the Hotel prior to arrival, the Hotel reserves the right to charge for the additional persons/rooms or to reject the booking.
- The hotel reserve the right to change the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
- All government taxes are subject to change.
